I’m Coach Cara.

I'm a certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Functional Movement Specialist with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. Growing up as an athlete, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of the body—and the importance of taking care of it. Today, I not only teach this lifestyle but live it every day through mindful movement, balanced nutrition, and intentional living.

My approach blends functional movement, yoga, and personalized health coaching, guided by both knowledge and intuition. I listen deeply—to the body, to my clients, and to the moment—to create practices that feel supportive, effective, and aligned. I structure my programming to be accessible and inclusive, meeting each individual where they are, because I believe wellness is for every body.

I believe that no one should have to sacrifice something they love for something they want. We can have it all and eat our cake too! In my program the focus is on finding LEAN balance in life. Emphasizing a healthier lifestyle, a consistent exercise routine, finding ways to create a better mindset, and well rounded nutrition. I think that everyone deserves to feel their absolute best, and live a long healthy, happy and fulfilled life. We’re going to help you find the best strategies and solutions that work for specifically for you, and we do it together. A path to a healthier existence is not a one size fits all journey. That is why I custom create every program and ensure that it is tailor made for you. Your experience is truly specialized, and there is no other like it.

Throughout our time together I will provide you with the best science based information that is backed by the latest research. Theres a lot of misleading information out there and it can be hard to navigate. I’ll serve as your guide. That is my guarantee to you.
