I’m Coach Cara.

I’m a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Yoga instructor. I started on my health and fitness journey 8 years ago, and have never looked back. I used to suffer from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I felt stuck, and wasn’t quite sure how to help myself out of the rut that I was in. I was burnt out, and tired of feeling sorry for myself. I decided to sign up for my very first fitness training class. In doing so I found a fire inside myself that I never knew existed. Fitness and a well rounded healthy diet became my anti-depressants. No more lousy side effects. I fell in love with FEELING GOOD, and I wanted to help others find that feeling too! Everyone is beautifully unique, and lives somewhere on the spectrum of their own personal wellness journey. Sometimes you just need a friend to help you find your way.

I believe that no one should have to sacrifice something they love for something they want. We can have it all and eat our cake too! In my program the focus is on finding LEAN balance in life. Emphasizing a healthier lifestyle, a consistent exercise routine, finding ways to create a better attitude, and well rounded nutrition. I think that everyone deserves to feel their absolute best, and live a long healthy, happy and fulfilled life. We’re going to help you find the best strategies and solutions that work for specifically for you, and we do it together. A path to a healthier existence is not a one size fits all journey. That is why I custom create every program and ensure that it is tailor made for you. Your experience is truly specialized, and there is no other like it.

Throughout our time together I will provide you with the best science based information that is backed by the latest research. Theres a lot of misleading information out there and it can be hard to navigate. I’ll serve as your guide. That is my guarantee to you.
