Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath on the lake
-Every Monday/Sunday through September-

Join us for a deeply restorative session that combines gentle yoga with the healing power of sound. We'll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow designed to release tension, calm the mind, and open the body. After movement, you'll be guided into a comfortable resting position for a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a chance to reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself and nature
Floating Sound Bath Immersion
- Every other Sunday starting July -
Experience deep relaxation on the water with this unique sound bath held on a floating dock. Participants gently float on mats or paddle boards as healing sounds from crystal bowls and gongs wash over the lake. Let the rhythm of the water and soothing tones guide you into calm and clarity—no swimming required.

Join the Yoga in the Park tribe! Every week over 1000 of Seattle yogis meet at one of Seattles most famous parks to join together in an hour of Yoga led by a new studio instructor every week. We have a live DJ, a variety of vendors and just good vibes.

Taking a traditional Vinyasa Flow and adding weights and cardio elements. Perfect for those looking for flexibility and strength work.

High intensity interval training is a fast paced, strength and cardio workout. Involving body weight exercises for 30 second intervals. This class is perfect for anyone who is short on time, but wants an epic workout!
Yoga Strength 2-
A 45 minute yoga practice that includes a power vinyasa flow rhythm, and up-level options. For this practice you will have the option to use hand weights if you would like for a more challenging workout.

Yoga 1
A 45 minute introductory yoga practice that explores the basics and overviews many of the different poses.
Great for all levels. You are guaranteed to feel relaxed after this one.
