Mondays at 6AM- A 45 minute group circuit style training class that incorporates strength and cardio elements. Including a 10 minute warm up, 45 minute workout, and 5 minute cool down.

Fridays at 12:30PM- A 45 minute group circuit style training class that incorporates strength and cardio elements. Including a 10 minute warm up, 40 minute workout, and 5 minute cool down

Yoga 1
An intro to Yoga. Explore the techniques and postures at a slower and gentler pace. With alignment cues and a heavy focus on breath work Perfect for anyone looking to begin a yoga practice, or just slow down a bit.
Yoga Fit
Taking a traditional Vinyasa Flow and adding weights and cardio elements. Perfect for those looking for flexibility and strength work.

High intensity interval training is a fast paced, strength and cardio workout. Involving body weight exercises for 30 second intervals. This class is perfect for anyone who is short on time, but wants an epic workout!
Yoga Strength 2-
A 45 minute yoga practice that includes a power vinyasa flow rhythm, and up-level options. For this practice you will have the option to use hand weights if you would like for a more challenging workout.
